Associate Partner at Ashton Consulting Board, Kathryn started her career in the international charity sector, where she set up and delivered projects in six different locations around the world, leading global teams. Kathryn ran her own learning consultancy 15 years where she supported clients in a range of sectors including sport, fashion, media and education, both in the UK and overseas. Kathryn is a frequent speaker and panellist and has won awards for her work inspiring female entrepreneurs.

Partner at Ashton Consulting Board and lead for change management and operations. An engineering graduate and MBA holder, Simon has 25 years of experience across blue chip FMCG companies including Pepsico, Warburtons and Morrisons and more latterly, the life sciences sector. Simon has a breadth of operational expertise across engineering, production, logistics, technical and finance functions, with people leadership the common theme throughout. Leading change has been a constant for Simon; he adds structure, ownership and governance whilst considering the impact on people.

Mike is the Co-Founder of Lucidity, a strategy management software platform used by businesses to identify & plan strategic goals, execute their strategy and track results. Mike is an experienced strategy practitioner with a solid academic grounding (MSc in Artificial Intelligence and an MBA), alongside many years leading and driving considerable growth in SaaS businesses both in the UK and the US. Mike has held senior positions leading Product, Business Development and International Expansion strategies throughout his career.
